About me
Hi! I’m Ashley, a Miami therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients virtually throughout Florida.

As a first-generation Latina and daughter of immigrant parents, I understand how layered it can feel to balance family expectations, cultural values, achievement, independence, and your own needs.
I primarily work with young adult women and first-generation young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, family pressure, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We will slow down enough to understand the pattern, then turn that insight into clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and coping skills that fit your real life.

Your telehealth experience
I want virtual therapy to feel just as focused, professional, and personal as meeting in an office.
I meet from a private, consistent space and use a high-quality camera and audio setup, intentional lighting, and reliable internet. I pay attention to these details so you can see and hear me clearly and stay focused on the session—not the technology.
A high-quality camera and intentional lighting.
Focused sound with minimal background noise.
Stable internet and technology prepared before each session.
A closed, neutral space prepared for our work.
